Taking advantage of a spectacular south-facing water front site on the Sunshine Coast, Wakefield Beach Community has been planned and designed to be environmentally friendly in every aspect. Creating 44 homes in two phases, Forma Design Inc. was responsible for all the aspects of the design integration from conceptual planning through to construction details for the green roofs, all hard and soft landscape design, and storm water mitigation.
