Located at Queens and Chesterfield in North Vancouver, Vista 29 consists of an apartment/townhome complex and a public right-of-way which bisects the site. The landscape design development was influenced from the outset by the storm water strategy for the site. The public art sculpture title, "The Rain Catcher", along with the stylized river bed flowing through the right-of-way, celebrates the west coast rain forest. Forma Design Inc. acted as both the landscape architects and the coordinating artist for this project.
