Located in Richmond across from Lansdowne Shopping Centre, Versante consists of two large residential towers over an extensive parking structure; commercial units at street level; and a health spa at the second level. The entry water features and public art add to the architectural character of the project. All areas of the landscape design, detailing, tendering, and field reviews were undertaken by Forma Design Inc.
