Forma Design Inc. was responsible for the hard and soft landscape architectural design of the city block bounded by Davie, Pacific, Drake, and Marinaside Crescent. The entire project spanned three years and included design of the restored Roundhouse Community Centre, three multifamily towers, assisted family and seniors' housing projects and all surrounding streetscapes.
