
Located in South Langley, the 287 acre site is comprised of 164 building lots ranging from half an acre to two acres; 86 acres of preserved woodland and public parks including 9 kilometers of riding trails, a central lake and recreation area, and wetland preservation areas; and an 8.5 acre equestrian centre and clubhouse with full indoor and outdoor equestrian facilities.
Areas of responsibility over the past six years include:
-Subdivision layout and construction with a team of consultants and contractors to the satisfcation of the Township of Langley
-Design development with Aplin and Martin Engineers to establish a low impact storm water management system for the entire site
-Streetscape design including all pedestrian and equestrian crossings, as well as coordination of all signage
-Design development of parks including the central lake and recreational area and View Point Park
-Exterior design development of the Equestrian Center
-Tender administration for all landscape phases of work in conjunction with Aplin and Maartin Engineers
-Acting as approving agent for HPLP (High Point Langley Partnership) for the landscape design development for individual lots
