The Fok residence is situated on a site which combines three lots into one grand estate. The house itself is a highly modern glass and concrete structure. The wing-like form of the house was the jumping off point for the landscape design.

The design balances both naturalistic and man-made elements and materials; a balance of luxury and environmental sensibilities - all relating to it's hillside location overlooking Spanish Banks across to English Bay.

The large scale of the site allows for a complex yet simple design which features a green roof; green decks; water walls; water falls; reflecting pools; ponds; a permeable tennis court; 'floating' decks; bridges; terraces; viewing galleries; green walls; putting greens; dining areas; and an outdoor BBQ and kitchen area.
