Forma Design Inc. was, in conjunction with a team of consultants, responsible for the design development of the Whitby Estates and Taylor's Lookout neighbourhoods.

Specific areas of responsibility include:

• Overall streetscape layout and beautification
• Park planning and design within the neighbourhoods and greenways
• Environmentally sensitive design development including creekside and vegetation reclamation projects
• Numerous residential landscape design projects with challenges such as extreme grading and engineering and advanced storm water management
• Preparation and review of design guidelines
• Landscape review agent for BPP (British Pacific Properties) over the past 10 years
