Located in downtown Vancouver, this project sets out to maximize green space in a high density, urban neighbourhood. The resulting design pays particular attention to planting design and useable outdoor spaces. The landscape features a green roof, several patio spaces, green screens along the alley, and lush planting enveloping street-level terraces along Hornby & Helmcken.
